It's a really nice cell phone that I want but it's $400. Does anyone know of anywhere else I can get it fo cheaper than that? I already tried Ebay and they have pretty good prices. (link)

I have verizon and I wanted to buy a razor. I'm not sure of the price but I think it was $250. My plan ended and when your plan ends and you want to start it up again there is a huge discount. I got my razor for $75. So maybe start a plan with cingular or verizon and you'll get it cheaper!
