I read a really sad thing about an abused dog throughout so many years and it made me cry and think about my puppy...and now i cant seem to get it off of my mind...any advice on how to let this go? (link)

Join PETA or some organization that helps abused animals. Every area has one and you'll be helping many people and animals.
