everytime i try to put a picture of myself on my site, i cant. it tells me that the file was too big or something... can someone explain to me how i can get a picture on ? (link)

Save the picture. Take it into paint and resize it. Resize it by hitting CTRL then the letter a.
That should make a dotted line around the entire picture. Then click in the bottom right hand corner all the way down and resize it by pulling that corner towards the upper left hand corner..it's easier done than trying to explain it. But paint can help you do it. You just need to make the picture smaller.
