I'm 13/f and I was talking online with a friend, who he is 17. We have alot in common and stuff, so he asked me out. I was just wondering, what do you think is the maximum age difference? I really like this guy, and if he was my age, I would go out with him without question, but, is this age different ok?

Age doesnt matter. If you like him and he likes you then go for it. My aunt is 41 and her husband is 55. Haha.
