Hey im a girl who expects everyone to give to me. i love giving advice..and also i like to recieve it in the right situations. i love to help the people who are in need. in fact wen i am older i plan on being a teenage pshycologist. i am also a very shy girl wen i dont know you, but when i get to know you, i open up and will speak greatly to you. i have gone through sum issues jus like ne body else. i have survived them issues and still standing strong and working hard to never have them again. I would except any subject or ne question, i love to help but hopin to actually help you. there may be times where i dont kno wat to say but later on i will. i will try to answer those questions to my fullest. if you would like any advice please dont hesitate to ask them.

okay..so im not really good with running long distances without losing my breath..and i know may is far away..but we have a big race at school and i really want to be top 6 for my grade..and i know that if i run and run ill get better and better..but ive been so busy and i can never motivate myself to run!! i have no idea what to do..what are some good ways to make me not run out of breath!! thanks so muchh! :]

well first off, you need to make the time to run and have the top 6 of your grade motivate you. It takes time to not be able to lose your breath if you do all the time. So you need to start now. Thats how you will get better and better. When you run, you want to start off with short distances and shorter time periods. Start off with a slow jog and maintaing a good pace. Slow and steady. Then each time you will get farther and faster with keepin a steady pace each time and you shouldnt run out of breath.
