Im going school clothes shopping next week and i dont know what i should really look for. I dress kind of plane jane but this year i want to look more stylish and look more grown up. I want to look completely different but not like goth more like preppy. Also, I have no idea what to wear on the first day...we cant wear spagetti straps or skirts above the knee. Thanks in advance :]

I just wanted to give some info for clothes on the first day. Make sure you wear whatever it is you plan to wear before the first day of school. A lot of embarrasing episodes have happened where girls wear brand new clothes on the first day, have an unexpected wardrobe malfunction, and then have to call home for another change of clothes. So just letting you know, don't wear something you have only worn once-in the dressing room. :)
