This is going to sound really daft to most people so I apologise but I don't know how to properly apply eyeliner, so I was hoping someone might be good enough as to explain it to me?
I also need to know whether liquid or pencil eyeliner is better and what colours are best for me if I have brown hair and wide brown eyes?

are you from england. im have british. my dad says daft all the time. haha. well eyeliner. lets see. you can either put it on the top or on the bottom or both. i put mine only on the top. i pull my eyelid towards my eye and i use a pencil and start at the part of my lid closest to my lid and work towards my ear. put it down as far as you can. work it into the bases of your eyelashes. a color for you is probably black or brown. maybe experiment! enjoy! you can im me if you have questions
