This is going to sound really daft to most people so I apologise but I don't know how to properly apply eyeliner, so I was hoping someone might be good enough as to explain it to me?
I also need to know whether liquid or pencil eyeliner is better and what colours are best for me if I have brown hair and wide brown eyes?

Im younger than you prolly im 13. Sorry I know its a shocker! O well i would rather use a black pencil its way easier!!!
