i need to lose weight but i dont want to invole any one and i would like to keep it fairly private from my friends and family. any suggestions? they would be LOVED (link)

It's kind of hard to keep it private if you start eating healthier foods and stuff, but I would just try to avoid soda at all costs. I can't tell you how important that is. I know when my mom stopped drinking soda and replaced it with 8 glasses of water a day, she lost 15 pounds really fast. Soda has SO many calories in it.
Also, eating fruit instead of chocolate isn't something that people will freak out about. Just snack on a banana or a peach, and you'll get a little sugar-taste fix but won't be going all "health nut", so hopefully nobody will notice.
Exercising is something you can do in the privacy of your own room, so that's a good thing. Doing situps, pushups, etc. will help tone you. Use something heavy (like a sand-filled balloon, weighing a few pounds) and do arm curls or arm lifts. Look up different exercises on google, and just improvise. Doing wall-sits hurts soooo bad but you wouldn't believe the results. They do amazing things for your body.
I hope this helps, and I hope you get the results you want. Walk as much as possible. Take the stairs. Avoid sugar if you can! And last but not least remember to drink lots of water. It helps SO much.
