It all depends. If you are relaxed and comfortable and VERY aroused and you and your partner 'play' a lot before sex than it wont hurt that much at all.
But.. if you get straight into it and rush things then it will hurt.
It doesn't matter if you are a small person, your vagina may not be that small. The penis will just enter. It will enter a lot easier if you are 'wet' down there.
