okay well people at my school are saying that my friend stuffs her bra. she does not she is not that kind of person to do that. We are 13and she is a size B but she is not big but it looks like she has big boobs because she is really thin. What do i do i want to tell her that people are saying that but i dont want her feelings to be hurt

i think you should tell your friend. as long as she knows you don't think that she stuffs, her feelings won't be hurt by you. and she's going to find out sooner or later, so she's better off to find out sooner from a friend rather than later when people are making fun of her. at least if you tell her, she'll be prepared for what's coming.
