Get at least one good friend who loves you for you (my best friend just emailed me and pretty much said "i love you and i miss you and i cant wait until i see you" and that just made a crappy day a whole lot better). Name 10 people who truely care about you and 10 things you are especialy good at. Eat chocolate. Dress comfortabley. Don't wear anything that will make you self concious. Hope I helped!
