I had a column last summer, and loved it, but with school it slowly stopped updating. So, i have decided to make a new one. But anyways..
Im Myka. I have red hair, and have slowly grown to love it. Im pretty short, and am not gonna grow any more. I am a pretty simple person, but I am a perfectionist. I get discouraged if I dont achieve 100% at everything I do. My grades are really important to me, but I do have a life. Please, dont label me. I am a mix of everything. I dont judge people and will be your friend as long as you are nice. Im not picky with who I talk to. I just love to talk, and do it all the time. I am very hyper, probably 3 times more hyper than you can possibly be. I get a lot of headaches, because of surgery I had when I was a baby. I am a klutz, you will probably see me tripping over something more than you will see me physically walking. I love Jesus Christ more than anything in the entire world, I always will and the best day of my life will be the day that I am met by Him at the gates of Heaven. I am the biggest sports loving girl you may ever meet, so guys dont think all I do is worry about my make-up. I can probably own you at a battle of Sports trivia. My favorite sport would be football, and I am a DIE HARD Sooner. I havent decided what I want to do with my life, and that has started to stress me out. I like knowing what is going to happen, before it happens. I am a girly girl, and I admit it. My favorite color is pink and I enjoy stuffed animals. I cry at soppy love stories as well as during scary movies. I like to hold hands and hug. If you can make me laugh, you have me. I like all kinds of music, so just because I listen to country, doesnt mean I dont like rock as well. My family means the world to me. I would do anything for them. Im sorry , but the best friends anyone could ever have have already been taken by me. They are my heart and soul and I am so thankful for each and every one of them. Well I've known this girl for about a year now and we're really good friends, but I'm starting to like her more than a friend (if you know what I mean.) The only problem is I don't know if I should ask her out or not. If I do and she says "yes", then great, but if she said "no", that would just be really awkward and it would be wierd every time I see her again. So...what should I do? (link)

Always go for it. You will regret it later if you find out that she liked you as well and it could have turned into something amazing, but your fear got in the way.
When you ask her out, explain to her that you don't want it to hurt your relationship. Let her know that you have begun to have stronger feelings for her, but you understand if she only sees you as a friend and you don't want her knowing you like her to change anything.
so be like "I really like you and was wondering if you'd go out with me, but if not, I understand and I don't want this to change anything between us."
