Q: I was wondering what the best ways to tone your upper arms and your lower stomach are.I'm not fat or anything, i just want some definition. I am a girl however, so i don't want my arms all muscley. Thanks :D
Leg lifts and lying abductions really help define your lower abs. Make sure you do them nice and slow, and flex your abs (while relaxing the rest of the body) to get the most efficient workout.
