I want to lose weight, and I know how to go about it, healthy food.. and all that junk.. only one problem. I can't motivate myself to do it. I always end-up not doing it. Does anyone know of some good motivators.. that would help me with something... I REALLY want to lose this weight.. (link)

If you really want to lose weight, then the best person to get involved is your mom. BUT, DON'T TELL HER YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!!! Simply say "mom, i think that i can do better on my eating habits. I don't want to lose weight, I want to tone what I have."
If that doesn't work, then tell her you want to lose weight. Do all the exercise you can and give yourself a deadline.
