ok so im 13/f and i like this guy, steven. we talk like kinda a lot. he always looks me in the eye. when he laughs he looks at me and i smile back. he's funny and makes me laugh. is he flirting with me? what our other signs of flirting or getting trying to get my attention? ill rate high!!!
