Heyy. I'm Kelsey. I'm not here to be judgemental or tell you what to do with your life, but it's just my personal input. I got a bad test grade and I promised my mom this wouldn't happen again this school year. If I get it signed, then I get extra credit and an A. Because of that, I want and need it sighed. Any good ideas on how to tell her without her being like super mad? 13/f

Just explain to your mom that if you get this signed you will get extra credit. Parents love to hear that their kids are doing extra credit. Make sure you apologize to your mom about the grade and maybe try to go in for extra help in that class to show you mom that you are really trying. Hopefully your mom will forgive you.
