i need a dress for my 8th grade farewell dance!!
its semi-formal...and i was wondering if anyone knew where to get any dresses not too expensive..if it helps i live in michigan

check out department stores.. they have many semi-formal dresses there (jcpennys, nordstroms, kohls, foleys/macys, etc.) they usually have prom dresses on sale as well this time of year (you might be able to find one thats not to dressy since your looking for a semi-formal dress.) if you have a berlington coat factory near you check them out, they have good prices as well.
