i met some girls a few months ago. i got to know them pretty good. i have much in common with both of them. i liked 1 of them so i told her how i felt, but she has a bf. after she said that i said it's kind of awkward talking to her. she said not to worry and she'll forget about it. i'm ok with that because i wasn't deeply inlove with her anyway. but now i think i'm starting to like her friend, she seems real nice and always calls me cute and i say the same to her. is it too sudden to say i like her? note: she doesnt have a boyfriend (link)

Aw, sweetheart. It's too bad the one you liked has a boyfriend. Sorry for that, but about this other girl... I'd just like to point out that if you're "starting to like her" then it may not be anything you have to jump on right away because it's better to take more time and know that you're sure you like her. I'm not so much worried that the girl would not respond in a positive way, but I am in fact more worried about how unstable the relationship could be if you told her too early. My advice is to wait until you honestly have your feelings sorted out and then tell her exactly how you feel, but don't take this to mean wait for ever! No! Because at some point, you may lose something that could turn out to be extremely special to you in the long run if you wait too long =)
Until that time, keep up the flirting! Girls like it as long as it's not vulgar.
