Ok so i was wondering is it better to eat/drink dairy products when you're on a diet or not?
Also, im somewhat large chested, and i was wondering what can i do to keep from hurting when i run. I wear a sports bra sometimes but that doesn't help. Ive also tried it with a regular bra. But that doesnt help either..so does anyone know of anything i can do? its alwasy miserable the day after i run.
thanks, 5s to all who answer seriously
yes, 3 servings a day of a nonfat or low fat dairy product is good for a person on a diet.
and for your chest, im sorry but you are going to have to shove out the buck and buy an expensive bra that really holds on tight. along with that buy one of those stretchy pilates tank tops to run in they will add even more extra protection. along with this your boobs will be pretty held back and shouldn't move or bounch much when you run, thus no pain in the morning. im telling you though, the expensive bras do make a huge differance.
if your bras are already victoria's secret's best, then i suggest you run on grass or a soft surface instead of the hard cement or tredmile. the impact will not be as harsh so your chest will not hurt as much from the hard impact. we did this in cross countrym if our boobs or back started to hurt and the surface you run on really does make a difference the next day.
good luck XD
