Ok so i was wondering is it better to eat/drink dairy products when you're on a diet or not?

Also, im somewhat large chested, and i was wondering what can i do to keep from hurting when i run. I wear a sports bra sometimes but that doesn't help. Ive also tried it with a regular bra. But that doesnt help either..so does anyone know of anything i can do? its alwasy miserable the day after i run.

thanks, 5s to all who answer seriously

Yes! It's actually really important to have dairy products if you plan on dieting healthy. There's no reason to use whole milk, try a 2% or skim. Yogurt is also a good thing to eat while you're on a diet.

As for your chest problems, if sports bras don't work, i'm not exactly sure what will. Try going to a sports retail store (like sports authority, if you have one of those near you), and see if they have a better sports bra brand there. If not, you could just tape them, but that's kind of weird.
