ok so this is like my 5th period and i've never had cramps really bad. today im having really bad cramps. whats the best thing to do, to stop the pain? its unbarable!

I totally know what you mean. I've had one period that my cramps hurt so bad I would do ANYTHING to get rid of them! I found that the best thing you can probably do is drink lots of water and get in a position on the couch where it wont hurt as much and watch tv until it goes away. Not much else you can do :]
