Okay. So, over this school year i've gained some weight. I'm still thin, i know that. Not to sound conceded but I want to lose some of the chub around my stomach before summer and i have to go into the pools with my bathing suit.
There's this kid I like and we've already made plans to swim in his pool and hang out at the skate parks over the summer. And when i wear tigher clothes i feel big because i'm tall and have cute petite friends. What do i do to lose the fat and gain the muscle? I tried eating right but junk food is a part of me.
Well, you need to eat a little less junk food... but you dont need to totally eliminate yourself from it. Running helps sooooo much!! That is what me and my friend do to get skinny. We just jog/run for about 1.5-2 miles every day...it really helps....and it only takes about a half hour at the most (if you walk some of the time) I also do 100 crunches... 50 normal, then 25 to each side. That helps a lot too. I think that those are the two best tips I can give you. *hope I helped!*
