I have this habit of overeating when I am sad. I have been having some friend & boyfriend problems lately and it makes me eat all this food, especially ice cream. Its not like I'm fat or anything, but I just want to know how I can get over this habit. I can't just stop eating when i'm sad.....or else i just can't get over it. What can i do?? Please help! I'll rate high if you give a logical answer...instead of calling me a stupid name or something.
Instead of sitting down in front of the TV with a gallon of ice cream when you start to feel sad, go outside and run around the block. Or do an exersize video. This will help you let out your sadness and anger, and help you keep fit at the same time
