My hair is unmanagable.
Even when I straigten it, it is all frizzy and poofy. Its so frustrating.
I hate it.
I heard on advicenators someone telling someone else you can get your hair permanantly straightened in a salon for like 75 bucks. I don't want to get in Japanese straightened because it costs a lot of money. If I get it done at a salon for 75 bucks, how long will it last?
Does it really work?

Ah, I'm so happy I found your question! Well, I have extremely unmanagable hair as well but I've learned to tame it with a straightening iron. Japenese straightening runs about $1500-3000 so unless you have some money racked up in the bank, I don't reccomend it. Other chemical straightening systems (true, there is one for about $75) don't exactly straighten, they just tame it a bit but dry it out drastically. I reccomend splurging on a $100 straightening iron. They work great (trust me, if it works on my hair, it'll work on yours!)
