hey, dont compare yourself to her. thats not good. Just relax maybe you are hurting because this was once your b/f and you don't like to see him in any other relationship, because you could stll have a little bit of feelings for him..not that you do. just saying its possible, and yeah its normal, so just chill and forget all about this other girl.
