Okay, this is a really weird question but is there a pulse in your stomach? Because when I like hold my hand over it I can like feel something... like a heartbeat but there's not a heart in your stomach. If anyone knows what I'm talking about I will rate!! Thanks. (link)
Pulse is all over your body because it is just simply your blood being pumped by your heart. When blood is pumped it goes throughout veins and arteries (and you can feel each "pump" of blood- that's what a pulse is).
So since blood-in veins, arteries, capillaries, etc-is everywhere in your body (to support cell life), there is a pulse everywhere blood flows. So yes, you have a pulse in your stomach (along with just about everywhere else in your body).
Research the "cardiovascular system" for further information if ya want. It will tell you all about the heart and circulation.
