ok so i am 103lbs 5'4" but i have no muscle. i want to gain muscle and get rid of this roll i have at my stomach. its gross. you honestly wouldnt think at my weight i could have a pudgy tummy but it sits ontop of my jeans and it makes me feel bad. i normally skip breakfast, snack at lunch and just eat dinner. what could i do differently. ive been doing 50 sit ups a day for like 6 months and its not helping anything. what should i do? i want it gone fast in time for spring. help!

Hey, Situps and crunches are the best things. Also treadmills are good but for loegs not stomachs. Maybe take a run outside? Cait ♥
