how do i loose weight fast?! what are some exersizes i can do, how can i eat, etc.? does anyone have any tips? please! ill rate 5s.

okay. so i dont know abotu that 1,000 crunches a day and yo'll loose a pound, but it does sound liek a lot of pain in your back.
as far as eatting goes, eat right porportions. like dont eat when you arenthungry. and eat good healthy foods. and drink a lot of water. i only did this and lost 3 pounds in one week. itw as amazing. i think water is they key.
then for working out.. just run, crunched, and sstuff like that. maybe if there is a Y or some kind of gym around you, you could join that?
