ok so .. i am not the skinniest person in the world but i am on this diet and i am loosing weight. i've already lost 10 pounds and im continuing so by summer i should be able to look good in a bathing suit.
heres my problem. last summer i wasnt really comfortable in my bathing suit. i only wore a bikini becuase everyone else did and i thought people would idk if i didnt so its hard to explain.. so ithink my friends talked about mebehind my back and stuff wehn i wore one because they are like skinny as anything and theyve never had problems with weight.
i dontknow what to do.. i mean i know i am trying to get skinny by summer so i will look good. but why would my friends do this? andhow do i talk to them about it beca use i dont want to just be like so you think i look bad in a bathing suit...

ok well I am self consious so i get what you are saying ALL my friends say they are "fat" and i just look away, more or less im the most curved one and i am chubbier than them... then again im 5 feet taller. Listen, it depends on your mood. If your not comfortable in a little bikini do what I do, try looking for a bathinf suit with a skirt, they cover up alot {i mean if your uncomfortable) or you could wear bathing suits with attachable shorts. they give me confidence and you know what, you don't need to be pencil thin for any one because they talk about you. Also your not sure... if they did right? So maybe they just commented on your bathing suit or something. Well you should work out in the morning {this is what i do to lose weight if you want to know) like turbo workout on uhm tv was good. Dance for 20 minuntes a day, it boosts utr metabolism and will make u digest food faster.
For the friend thing... ok ask your closest one first, and really tell her you are trying to slim down and need their support. Tell her to help you also, and just smile and be nice don't try to say "You guys or "You did" Say like "I feel horrible I didn't no or "I need you guys to help me. If they are nice relient friends, there will be no other explanations nessassary.
