advice
I'm trying to go running or do some sorta of exercise for atleast 30 minutes a day. However, I'm TERRIBLE with commitment. How can I keep myself on track so my plan doesn't just become something I tried and Failed at.
If you really, really want this, then you will just have to be determined and willing to do this. I mean if you go into this hating it and not wanting to do it, then yes you probably will fail at it, but if you go into it really wanting it and determined then really that is all that will help you..
