Q: i went to the doctors today and got wieghed at 184. my height is 5'7. im not fat i pretty skinny if you looked at me you would think i weighed around 140. i really want to lose weight because i dont want to weight this much. I have next week off and thinking about running 2 miles everyday unless its raining. maybe around 730am run. And do like 50 or so crunches. Would that help at anything. If not please give me some advice.

running is great but crunches will tone you, not make you loose weight. however, for them to do anything you need to do 150-200 a day. also you should eat healthy. hope it works out!

THx i don't eat alot at all. My major thing is soda i don't drink tons but enough i guess you can say. ill do the crunches tho i can do alot of them so yea.
