iam 15, and i weigh only 100 lbs. im 5'4". so im inproprotioned. but im a lil puggy. i used to work out everyday. then i got into a wreck and couldnt,because of my medical stability. i want to work out again. but with physical therapy and school and cheerleading and everything, i dont have much time. what can i do to tone up a lot, with out taking too much time. ill rate high (link)
well scice your in cheerleading then you prbbaly don't have a lot of time wat u can do is have one of your friends work out with you cause then you guys can do somthing together and you are working out plus you don't have a schedule then or you can join a sports team i know lots of sports teams that have one game a week and no practices hope i helped

ya we practice everyday from 3:30-6. and then i do homework and eat adn in the morning i run from 6-730. thanks a lot tho.
