Q: During winter, my face gets a little bit of dry skin on my forehead and near my eyebrows. Is there any way to deal with this without making my skin oily? Thx

hey, i use neutrogena's healthy defense mosturizer. its great because i get really dry skin, and it helps. its tinted a little bit, and i actually saw it in a magazine recomended by micsha barton! i hope this helped!! happy.advice
