is hydrogen peroxide(sp?) ok to use to whiten your teeth? and if so, how do you do it, whats the best way to put it on, how long to you keep it on, etc....
also, would it be better to use before or after baces come off(i obiously have braces)

well bruching with bacarbonate of soda ( not baking soda) will whiten you teeth but remember to brush with you regular fluoride toothpaste afterwards. as for hydrogen peroxide do not swallow but can be used as a mouthwash if it id dilute and is not done to often, i dont recomend this though as it can damage your health Just stick to the bacarbonate of soda and you will have a shiny smile in no time! :D but what ever you do please stay away from lemon juice it seriously damages you teeth and does alot more damage than good.
