is hydrogen peroxide(sp?) ok to use to whiten your teeth? and if so, how do you do it, whats the best way to put it on, how long to you keep it on, etc....

also, would it be better to use before or after baces come off(i obiously have braces)

It's completly safe to use, just DONT swallow it. Pour the hydrogen peroxide on your tooth brush and then put on some baking soda over it, then brush your teeth with it. Leave it on your teeth for at least two and a half minutes then rinse your mouth. After you finish brushing with that, brush again with regular toothpaste to get the taste out of your mouth. I think it is better to do it when you get your braces off. PS: Don't do this more then once a week.
