i am certainly not a fat girl, but i am not the skinniest either. i am pretty happy with the way i look, but i want to drop a few pounds/make my stomach flatter. i already know exercises for that & i do them every night, so that's not my problem. the real problem is that i am addicted to chocolate. i want to be able to eat some chocolate maybe once a week for dessert, but i wind up having it everyday, sometimes more then once a day. it's not like i am a horse eating until i pop, but i tell myself i am not going to eat it but then an hour later my mouth starts to water & i can't resist some. i need a way to stop this temptation. how can i take control & not give in to having chocolate? what works for you or other people you know? i need some good tips, so if you have an idea that would be great! thank you! I have the same problem as you at 14. But it isnt chocolate. Its just that im addicted as you said it to bigger portions. I am not fat either but im not skinny. But im working on it. You see, i dont know if ou know this or not but maybe instead of eating the chocolate, it is said to be healthier to eat bigger healthier snacks through the day(fruits, veggies, the chocolate chip 100 calorie packs). It is proven that if you eat more bigger portions of the healthier snacks(just dont go crazy), you will be forced in a way to eat smaller meal portions giving yu tht edge that you want where you can eat chocolate. Because you were eating healthier snacks, and smaller meals throughout the day, you can have a litlle chocolate here and there. It is will power that drives people to what they want to do. You just need to find the will power deep down and hope it is enught to stop from eting chocolate all the time. Once in awhile is okay(especially on your b-day). I hope this helped. :-}
