does anyone know of any good ways to get better at sight reading? i'm really bad at playing runs [going up or down a scale]. i think it might be because i can't read music as fast as its supposed to be played. does anyone have any advice. thanks (link)

YOu can get loads of software that help you read faster. Just check at the google search bar.
