Q: i just got an account on iconator and have been asking people sincerely how to make them, but no one has answered me? Its been a few weeks now. Please explain it?! ill give credit on all of my icons if you'd like. please. i need help! and any tricks on how to get some program w.o paying? thanks

Ok, first go to jasc.com and sign up (its free) then go to the demos and find the animation studio or something like that.Then download it and put all your slides in the order that you want them and upload them onto the program.Its really easy to follow and when it runs almost out of days (for the trial..its 30 or 60 days long) just set the clock on your computer back and it should give you more time

This is how you make an icon..
Im just going to make a simple icon so that you can see how it goes okay?
I am going to make a heart with a grey background and the letters 'i love you' will appear individually
1.Go into paint or some paint program and make the bakground as small as you want the icon to be.
2.Once you have to background go ahead and save it and then draw a design in that box.
3.After you have done that save it.
You know how cartoons are done in individual slides?Well icons are the same way so start drawing off of the picture that you started with here is an ex. http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a61/lilbay/Heart1.png
Click on the link or paste it into your browser.
now this is the way that you make one of the letters..

now save this as something different than the first one.
if you want the letters to appear one by one and not go away until the word is spelled DONT DELETE THE LETTERS! But if you want the letters to appear and dissapear erase them and put a new letter wherever you want.If you want the letters to change colors one by one then color the first letter a differnt color and save it everytime you do that.Just play around with it and you will get it.

uhm, i get the downloading, but how do i MAKE an icon? ill give you a better rating if you help with that. thanks for the other stuff tho
