My parents never let me, nor take me to get my hair cut. I want bangs so bad, so im thinking about cutting them myself. I have the proper scissors for it, I just need like on strand. But i dont know how to do it and i dont want to screw my hair up. Any tips on how to do it nicely? (link)

1. Wash it.
2. Comb it.
3. Using your comb dived the hair horizontally about one inch from your forhead, then comb that section of hair neatly in front of your face.
4. Take the scissors and envently cut the hair the length you want the bangs to be.
5. Dry it and Viola!
P.S.- I don't think you should do it without your parent's permision though.
