Hello everyone,
I am going to be getting a bird (cockatiel). I was wondering if anyone has had this breed or another breed of bird and can lend me some tips! Also I am bilding a bird-perch and I am having some trouble with thinging of home items to use. Like (strings, wood, ect.) Or any other ideas. So if you answer these questions I would mean alot to me. Thank you.

Hiya,
I have never had a cockatiel, but I used to have a parrot! Mickey!
His favouite things were shiny things. Little glass pebbles glued to a bit of string - or even better a little make-up mirror! He used to sit and admire himself for hours in it!
Birds are great pets to have! I hope you have fun with yours!!
