Q: hey everyone - i got my braces on today with NO SPACERS cuz it was the end of the year and our insurance was about to run out. my mouth is throbbing like no other .. what are some things i can do to feel better? =[

Well, I've never had braces and I dobt this is the answer your looking for but ask your friends or tommrow call your orthodintist..spelling??....and ask him/her.
But maybe ice? I don't know cause once again i've never had em..
