I have a few questions, here. Thanks in advance!
I've tried eating fruits for a meal (Like apples), but minutes later, I'm hungry again! This doesn't make sense to me. Why does this happen?
Also, I don't like many veggies. Are there any vegetables that actually TASTE GOOD? I can't stand broccoli.
Last question! If you want to lose weight, is it REQUIRED to decrease the intake of carbs? I'm a very picky eater, and most of the food I eat has carbs. (link)

about the fruit thing :
fruit is made mostly of water. that's why you are hungry again. so when you have an apple, have something else like a cracker. or yogurt.
veggies that taste good:
i love salad. cucumbers, red pepers (like not the really hot ones) carrots and ranch dressing. snap peas and ranch dressing.
i do not believe that it is required. but i think it does help. if you are wanting to lose weigh just watch what you eat and eat porportions.
