Look, i can understand you. It is a pitty liking someone and this one likes you too but you can't have something. My advice is to tell him that you want him to break up with his girlfriend. They are together for so long but if he really likes you he will stop being with her. Otherwise, you can't trust him. He maybe lies or he maybe can do the same thing to you after a relationship. So, tell him to broke up her.
If he will not do that find an other one because he will not deserve your love and YOU. If yes that means that the guy likes you very much and that he prefers you than the others. Be with him and have fun.
