im 14 and i play bass too. im not a skate boarding person so i cant help you there. you could get him something for his bass guitar. you could also get him a cd of his favorite band. my girlfriend had the same problem as you but we have been going out for 4 months. she just gave me a guitar pic with a heart on it and a picture of her. remember it the thought that counts.
