You know how hot water freezes faster than cold water? Okay well, is there anything that says hot water boils faster than cold water, or does it not matter? I need people to answer this that honestly know the answer. I will rate! (link)

yea hot water boils much faster than cold water.... no matter where you are or what kind of stove you have ... trust me i cook all of the time.... i cook for myself and for my family...
