I want to cut my hair but my dad won't let me. It's all the way down to my elbows and I really want it down to 2 inches below my shoulders but my dad won't let me. My mom says it's ok. Is there any way I can reason with him?

you should get gum stuck in your hair then you will have to get a haircut;)!!!!!!!
