Hi,

You need to consult your doctor as none of us can help you in the way you need and safely. Anyone else attempting to answer this medical question should be disregarded as potentially dangerous if they do not know what they are talking about.

You need to see your family doctor. He or she will sit down with you and discuss your weight. The amount of weight as you likely know that you should be is based on height and nothing else. The doctor will then use a Body Mass Index Chart to see if you need to lose more weight or not and prescribe a diet plan for you.

It is BEST to have him/her refer you to a nutritionist. This person will make appointments to weigh you and update your progress and can make healthy meal plans so you reach your goal of getting weight off and keeping it off. One thing is for sure--never start a diet or weight loss program your doctor hasn't advised you to do.
