You might not always like what I have to say, but then again, who ever likes being told that they need to do what's right instead of what's convenient?
Please feel free to send me personal questions, emails, and Myspace friend requests. I'll accept them all.
Leave me feedback and ratings! PLEASE. I want to know what people think of my advice!

I have a problem. I cannot seem to stop eating. I at times have control over what I eat, but on the weekends when I have time on my hands, I eat a lot. Today, I said to myself that I would not eat a whole bunch and I did anyway. I am not sure what is causing me to do this, but I could use some tips to stop stuffing my face all of the time. It will start when I am hungry, but then I don't stop after I am satisfied.
AHHHH!
I rate high for good advice.

I have this problem too, but i would suggest that you just do some simple things to make it harder for yourself to over-eat. Maybe you could make up all of your meals for the week and then put them in the freezer and take out only one when you're going to eat it. What I do when I want snacks in between meals is to count out what one serving size of the stuff is and put it in a bag. Then I put the food away and eat only what's in my bag. If it's one of those days where all you can think about is food, go somewhere like the mall and leave your cash at home so you're not tempted to spend it all on food at the food court... Instead use credit cards, gift cards, or a check to pay for whatever you want from the stores... I find that I ususally get so wrapped up in shopping that I forget that I'm even hungry in the first place.

Thanks. I love shopping. I can lose myself in spending money.
