Q: Ok well in exactly a week from now I have to run a mile and a half in P.E, and I'm really out of shape. It's a race and my teacher says I must be one of the first people to finish. Does anybody have advice on how to run faster? Any food that could give me energy to run faster? Please help me.
ok here i go
1 no one can force you to be the best as long as you try your hardest
2 you can run20 min nonstop each night untill then
3 they make jellybeans with like eneryg boost things and afterwards drink vitaminwater

yea i hate superly competitive teachers, but i kinda am forced to, or else a 50% for the quarter. I need to get myself some jellybeans...thanks!
